How Rezi works
Rezi is built around the Rezi Score. It rates your resume from 1 to 100 across 23 criteria and flags keywords from the job posting that your resume is missing. Add the keywords, watch the score climb. It is a clean system, and Rezi has been refining it since 2015.
Where the score stops helping
A score measures overlap with a posting. It cannot measure whether a line is true. The fastest way to raise it is to add skills and keywords, and in an interview you have to defend every one of them. Plenty of people score high and still cannot explain their own resume.
How ClearFit works
No score. Upload your resume, add the job, and ClearFit sorts everything into three lists: what you already prove, what is weak, and what is missing. Then it helps you rewrite the weak lines using only experience you actually have. It will not invent a skill, a number, or a title for you. Every suggestion traces back to a line you wrote.
